The Three Levels of Support Coordination Funding
Your level of supports in your plan will be depending on your individual goals.
1. Support Connection
This support helps to build your ability to connect with informal, community and funded supports.
2. Coordination of Supports
This level support will assist you to build the skills to understand, implement and use your plan.
3. Specialist Support Coordination
This is a higher level of support for people with more complex and specialist support.
